How to Place an Order...

Go to the Contact Jennifer section of our website with your ideas about your creative project. Let me know exactly what you are looking for. The more information you provide, the better. Use these examples as a guide:

Example #1: I want to create a scrapbook for my wife for our fifth wedding anniversary. She is very sentimental, so, in addition to about 40 photographs, I will have some memorabilia to include (greeting cards, concert ticket stubs, dried flowers, etc.) Her favorite colors are pink and lavender. I would need the scrapbook before May 5th because we will be going away on vacation. I plan on surprising her with it while we are away.

Example #2: My daughter Madison will be turning six on August 4th and I would like to place an order for invitations to go along with her princess theme. A few boys will be invited, so I was hoping the invitations could be made a little "boy friendly", too! The party will be held at our house and we will be having a clown, cake and ice cream. I don't have a huge budget for invitations, but I would really like something unique. We are inviting 15 children.

I will respond to your e-mail usually within 24-48 hours. At this time, we will arrange a mutually convenient time for a FREE consultation. If you live locally, I will meet with you and show you samples of my work and discuss your ideas in detail. For those of you who live further away, our consultation will be conducted over the phone or via e-mail. A price quote and contract will be provided to you during your consultation.

Once I receive your original signed contract and your 50% non-refundable deposit, I will begin working on your project. Please keep in mind that there is a waiting period for personal checks to clear before work commences. A receipt will be provided for your records.

I will keep in contact with you throughout the entire creative process. If ordering a custom scrapbook, I will periodically send you updates and photos for your review. When ordering invitations, greeting cards and any other paper crafts, a sample proof will be sent to you for approval. Once we receive approval from you, your custom order will be completed.

You will be contacted once your project is complete. We will make arrangements for pick-up or shipping at this time. Your remaining balance is due at the time of pick-up. Payment must be received prior to shipping your finished product. Please keep in mind that there is a waiting period for personal checks to clear before shipment. A receipt will be provided for your records.
